How long does delivery take?
Delivery times and shipping information
For orders within Germany, the delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days. Shipments within the European Union usually reach you within 2 to 5 working days. For worldwide deliveries, shipping usually takes between 2 and 14 days. Please note that in exceptional cases there may be delays.
If, contrary to expectations, your order does not arrive, we ask you to contact us using the contact details provided on our website. Our customer service will be happy to help you clarify the whereabouts of your shipment and provide further support.
What can you do if you don't like the opal you receive?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If the opal does not meet your expectations, we offer you the opportunity to exchange it for another opal in the same price range.
Alternatively, you can return the opal to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full purchase price.
Please note that a return is only possible if the opal is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
