A. Shipping costs and information:

Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via DPD, UPS, Hermes or DHL.

If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order (info@alreon.de) and please tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany:

We ship free of charge within Germany.

II. Shipping within the European Union:

Shipping is also free within the European Union.

III. Shipping outside Germany

Additional shipping costs may apply for shipping costs to countries outside the European Union, but shipping is generally free.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
